Hybrid Education

Each year, MainePPA brings nationally recognized industry experts to Maine for in-person workshops and online lectures serving wedding, portrait, and commercial photographers alike. We help promote our members by connecting them with clients seeking professional photographers. Every member receives a profile in our online member directory, including contact details and a link to their photography website. Clients can search by name or specialty, increasing visibility and discoverability.

Professional Credentials

MainePPA members can earn Professional Photographers of America merits through education, service, and image competition. Many MainePPA merits contribute toward national degrees such as Master of Photography, Master of Wedding Photography, Master Artist, and Photographic Craftsman. Members may also earn MainePPA awards and recognition for participation, teaching, competition, and volunteer service.
